We accept the following payment types:
Cash
EFTPOS and all major credit/debit cards
Health fund cards (with on-the-spot HICAPS claiming)
We accept all major dental health insurance providers. Patients can claim eligible rebates on the spot using HICAPS. Please note that any gap payments or services not covered by your insurer must be paid at the time of treatment.
Unless arranged otherwise, payment is required in full on the day of treatment. This includes gap payments, non-insured services, and any elective procedures.

We bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) — no out-of-pocket costs for covered treatments. Please ensure your child’s eligibility is confirmed prior to the appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
