1. Appointments & Consultations

We offer scheduled appointments for all dental services. New patients are always welcome, and we strive to accommodate emergency cases as quickly as possible during working hours.

2. Treatment Planning & Informed Consent

Before any procedure, Dr. Saad Yousif will:

  • Explain your diagnosis clearly

  • Present suitable treatment options

  • Discuss the expected outcomes, costs, and potential risks

  • Answer any questions you may have

We will only proceed with treatment once you are fully informed and give your consent.

3. Emergency Care

Urgent dental concerns are prioritised. If you experience pain, swelling, trauma, or a broken tooth, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to see you on the same day.

4. Continuity of Care

Your oral health is our long-term priority. We encourage regular check-ups and follow-up visits to maintain results and detect issues early. Treatment plans may be updated based on your progress or new developments.

5. Referral to Specialists

In complex or advanced cases (e.g. severe gum disease or oral surgery), we may refer you to a trusted dental specialist. We will coordinate this process to ensure you receive the best possible care.

6. Patient Responsibilities

We ask all patients to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments

  • Follow post-treatment instructions carefully

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if rescheduling is needed

  • Disclose all relevant medical history and current medications

7. Confidentiality & Records

Your dental and personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. You may request access to your records or a copy of your treatment plan at any time.
